Mr. Bragg serves as the chairman of the ICADC Board. He brings 39 years of experience to ICADC with his work in Community Action. He serves as President/CEO of PCCEO, Inc., the local Community Action Agency serving Peoria County. Mr. Bragg also serves as the Board President for Community Construction Outreach of Peoria, Inc., and Board Treasurer on the IACAA Board of Directors.

 

       
Ms. Angela Stoltzenburg

Ms. Stoltzenburg served as the Executive Director of the Community Action Partnership of Central Illinois for almost 7 years. She has since moved on to the Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital and serves as the Manager of Marketing and Community Partnerships.

Ms. Mary Lockhart-White

Ms. Mary Lockhart-White
IACAA Board Appointee

Ms. Lockhart-White brings over 19 years of experience in Community Action to ICADC. She has served as the Executive Director for the Community Action Partnership of Lake County for 10 of those years. She has developed employment and training, work skills, and transportation programs for low to moderate income residents in Lake County. She also brings experience in developing social enterprise opportunities. Ms. Lockhart-White also serves on the IACAA Board of Directors.

       
Ms. Laurie Peterson

Ms. Laurie Peterson

Ms. Peterson brings over 28 years of lending experience to ICADC. In her current capacity, she serves as the Vice President of Community Development at PNC Bank for the Central Illinois and St. Louis Markets. Ms. Peterson also serves on the Housing Action Illinois Board of Directors.

Mr. Danny Little
ICADC Board Appointee

Mr. Little serves as the Vice Chairman on the ICADC Board. With over 30 year's involvement in the mission of Community Action as Director of MCS Community Services, Mr. Little retired in 2011 to pursue other interests. During his tenure with MCS, he was very actively involved in a 42 unit low income housing tax credit deal in Cass County in partnership with ICADC.

Mr. Kevin Wiehardt

Mr. Kevin Wiehardt

Mr. Wiehardt serves as the secretary for the ICADC Board. He is the Community Services Director at Western Illinois Regional Council - CAA, serving Hancock, Henderson, McDonough, and Warren Counties. Mr. Wiehardt is very actively involved and is a strong advocate for the Homebuyer Program and Single Family Owner Occupied Rehab programs within the agency.

       
Mr. Todd Fuller

Mr. Fuller works as the Homeless Services Coordinator for Will County Center for Community Concerns, the local Community Action Agency for Will County. He has been with the agency for five years. He brings knowledge and experience in the administration of homeless prevention programs, working with local Continuums of Care, and many other coordinated efforts to end homelessness.

       
Ms. Angela Frazier

Angela Frazier, Director of Finance, has been employed by the organization since 2001. She earned two degrees from Illinois State University in Finance and Economics in 1999. While employed by MCCA, she has been very involved in the operations of the housing programs, including housing counseling, new single family housing development, the development of a tax credit project, and rehabilitation projects. In addition to her current agency finance responsibilities, she is serving in a leadership role for MCCA's Affordable Housing Program. She also serves on the Illinois Ventures for Community Action Board of Directors.

       
Mr. Dennis Stevens

Mr. Stevens serves as the Weatherization Director for the Embarras River Basin Agency, Inc. the local Community Action Agency which serves nine counties in east central and southeastern Illinois. Mr. Stevens brings 36 years of experience in weatherization work to ICADC. He has also served as the program manager for IHDA's Single Family Owner Occupied Rehab Grant
